Let’s Steer the Course: AI at Vanguard

AI has become more than a buzzword this year, but I’ve always been a proponent of its use in select cases, particularly when it empowers people to work smarter.

So when our agency was asked to help support Vanguard’s AI advocacy efforts, I jumped at the opportunity. I led the development of a video for Vanguard’s Board of Directors that helped envision a future where employees have powerful AI tools at their side. It was vital to show rather than tell, so I worked hard to spec out futuristic but believable examples for both AI-enabled financial advisors and the clients they serve and seamlessly integrate them into the story.

The result was a hair-raising video that helped make the case for greater investment in AI tools for Vanguard employees and, as a result, a more convenient client experience.
